SAVV OEM matching headrest packages are custom made to order and are not returnable except for warranty. Headrest replacements, without electronics, may be ordered for any application or color ordered in error.

A service charge of 1.5% per month will be made on all past due accounts.

All claims and returns must have return authorization number and refer to the above invoice number.

You will be charged a $25 inspection fee per item ($55 for headrest package) and freight if product(s) are returned and no trouble is found. All returns subject up to a 15% restocking fee (25% for headrest package). All bounced checks will be charged additional $25.

All returned goods subject to published warranty return policy.

1. Warranty Period
1.1. SAVV Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that product(s) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from SAVV Corporation.
1.1.1. Up to three (3) months, SAVV will exchange defective items with brand new items at no additional charge.
1.1.2. After three (3) months to twelve (12) months, SAVV will repair defective items at no additional charge.
1.1.3. Exception(s)
1.1.3.1. Items physically damaged by customer will not be covered by warranty. If customer wants to repair, parts, labor and freight will be charged.
1.1.3.2. Product with defaced, altered or removed serial numbers.
1.1.3.3. Product owned by anyone other than the original purchaser from an authorized SAVV dealer. (The warranty is not transferable and will not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers.)
1.1.3.4. Product that has not been installed according to the instructions in the owner’s manual.
1.1.3.5. Product in which repair and/or modification has been attempted by unauthorized parties.
1.1.3.6. Custom finishes or other cosmetic treatments applied to products.
1.2. SAVV will not cover items past twelve (12) months from purchase date from SAVV Corporation
2. Non-defective items
2.1. Customer will be charged a $25 inspection fee per item ($55 for headrest package) plus freight in the form of COD if product(s) are returned to SAVV and no trouble is found.
3. Returning condition
3.1. SAVV will return items to the customer in the same condition as it was received.
4. Freight condition
4.1. SAVV will return items to the customer via UPS Ground at no cost if within the warranty period.
4.2. Freight will be charged on non-defective items and/or physically damaged items by the customers.
4.3. All warranty returns should be sent to SAVV freight prepaid through an authorized SAVV dealer and must be accompanied by Return Authorization (RA) form issued by SAVV. Direct returns from consumers or non-authorized dealers will be refused unless specifically authorized by SAVV with a valid RA number.
4.4. RA forms must be completely filled out and used as a packing slip when items are returned.
5. Restocking Fee and Credit
5.1. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (25% for headrest package).
5.2. No REFUND. Credit will be given to the customer only with other items in the form of store credit.
