SAVV
Corporation warrants
to the original
purchaser that
product(s) shall
be free from defects
in material and
workmanship for
a period of one
(1) year from
the date of purchase
from SAVV Corporation.

| 2.
Non-defective items |
|
2.1. |
Customer will be charged a $25 inspection fee per item ($55 for headrest package) plus freight in the form of COD if product(s) are returned to SAVV and no trouble is found.

| 3.
Returning condition |
|
3.1. |
SAVV will return items to the customer in the same condition as it was received.
|
| 4.
Freight condition |
|
4.1. |
SAVV will return items to the customer via UPS Ground at no cost if within the warranty period.
|
|
4.2. |
Freight will be charged on non-defective items and/or physically damaged items by the customers.
|
|
4.3. |
All warranty returns should be sent to SAVV freight prepaid through an authorized SAVV dealer and must be accompanied by Return Authorization (RA) form issued by SAVV. Direct returns from consumers or non-authorized dealers will be refused unless specifically authorized by SAVV with a valid RA number.

4.4. |
RA forms must be completely filled out and used as a packing slip when items are returned.
|
| 5.
Restocking Fee and Credit |
|
5.1. |
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (25% for headrest package).
|
|
5.2. |
No REFUND. Credit will be given to the customer only with other items in the form of store credit.
